Most rely on a combination of Venmo for dues collection, Google Sheets for financial tracking, group texts for communication and paper files for violation records. BoardPilot consolidates these functions into a single application with Stripe-powered online dues collection, photo-documented violation tracking with automated notice generation, and a shared maintenance request inbox with priority routing.
